How we evaluate software
Moonlaunch Studio comparisons are research-based. We want every factual claim on this site to be checkable by a reader in a few clicks.
What we use
- Official pricing pages. We read each vendor's pricing page directly and record the month we checked it. Prices change often, so every review carries a note asking you to confirm current pricing on the vendor's site.
- Official feature lists and plan comparison tables. When we say a plan includes a feature, it's because the vendor lists it for that plan.
- Public documentation. Help-center articles and product docs, used to explain how a feature or billing unit works.
- Stated policies. Free trials, refunds, money-back guarantees, fair-use limits, and billing terms as the vendor publishes them.
What we don't do
- We don't present desk research as personal experience, and we don't claim to have run performance benchmarks.
- We don't publish star ratings, numeric scores, or "winner" badges.
- We don't publish testimonials or invented statistics.
- We don't repeat vendor marketing claims (such as customer counts or performance numbers) as facts. When we mention one, we attribute it to the vendor.
- If we can't confirm a detail from an official source, we leave it out.
How we write the "who it suits" sections
Our suitability notes come from the plan structure and features each vendor publishes: who a plan is priced for, which limits apply, and which features are reserved for higher tiers. They're a starting point for your shortlist, not a substitute for a free trial on your own workload.
Corrections and updates
If you spot something out of date or wrong, email partners@moonlaunch.studio with the page and the source. We'll check it against the vendor's site and update the page.
Affiliate relationships
Some links on this site may become affiliate links, and we may earn commissions through them. Commissions can influence which tools we cover. They don't change what we report: prices, limits, and drawbacks come from vendors' own pages. Details are on our affiliate disclosure page.
